Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1/4 Cup of Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 Tsp of Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp of Honey

  • 1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond MIlk

  • ~1/4 cup of blueberries (*You can and should substitute the fruit of your choice here)

Directions

  • It doesn’t get any easier than this! Combine all ingredients in a sealable container (I prefer to use a mason jar) and mix.
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, but overnight is recommended for optimal results.
  • When ready to eat, top with blueberries (or fruit of your choice) and enjoy
