Ingredients
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Cup of Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tsp of Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp of Honey
1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon
1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond MIlk
~1/4 cup of blueberries (*You can and should substitute the fruit of your choice here)
Directions
- It doesn’t get any easier than this! Combine all ingredients in a sealable container (I prefer to use a mason jar) and mix.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, but overnight is recommended for optimal results.
- When ready to eat, top with blueberries (or fruit of your choice) and enjoy
